question is what do you put on fish? catchup? mayo?.what??I don't have a clue please help.
 
You dont put anything on it unless it is supplied with the meal like tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. and a decent place will have a good sauce lightly drizzled on the seafood dish. The sauce will depend on what the fish is, how it its cooked, and the chefs imagination.
