You should taske benadryl to reduce the swelling, and mark the area that is swollen with a pen. Keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't get worse. Check the area, if it feels warmer to the touch than the rest of your leg you may have an infection. Also, if benadryl doesn't reduce the swelling again you may have an infection. Take your temperature and make sure you are not running a fever. You can get cellulitis from a bite and a common spot is the ankle. I'm sure it'll go down, even when it's not an infection you can have a reaction to the bite and when the reaction peaks your ankle may become really swollen before it starts getting better. Also, make sure not to walk a lot, elevate your feet and i'm sure it'll be fine. Good luck.
