I have mood swings and i hate them so much!?

stop eating meat and dairy. i'm not a crazy vegan activist or anything, but i have the same problem. whenever i am able to stick to it, cutting out animal foods really helps me with this. if it were a moral issue with the killing of innocent animals, i would be much better at sticking to it.

read "the mcdougall program for women"

you may have pmdd and a vegan lifestyle would help. a lot. you may also need to see a doctor.

my symptoms don't include anger. i just have uncontrollable thoughts and i have tracked it down to the exact time of the month that it is coming and i am 100 percent aware of what it is. try the vegan thing for an entire month and see how that helps.

Usually before my period im super angry, angry at everything or anything and then when my period starts i become extremely sad and i cry alll the time

I hate it so much because it ruins my relationship with my boyfriend because he everything he does to me makes me cry during my period but i dont want him to know that because its just hormone imbalance and it makes me depressed all the time.

How can i stop mood swings, drugs are my last resort for mood swings and i want to try natural things before i take any drugs

Also i cannot excersize during my period because i feel very fatigue and my cramps stop me from doing physical activities

i'd say tell the people it effects the reason why, if your boyfriend really likes you he'll understand. Just think, when you get married and become pregnant your hubby is gonna have to get used to all your mood swings then.

Try to just take a deep breath when you get upset and try to relax.

trust me its normal. i freak out before my perod and then i fel like everyone is out to get me when im on it. but as soon as its over i feel great. im not sure what you could take to fix it, i think its will just happen no matter what but you can take pamprin(i think thats what its called) or something like that for cramps and stuff.
