i replaced my fuel pump, fuel filter, and the fuel pump fuse. I reset the computer and recharged the fuel line. I cannot here my fuel pump kick on when the key is in the ON position. I tried to set the key to ACC for 15 min and try but still nothing. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT ????? I don't know the next roubleshooting step to fix my car, 99 pontiac grand am gt 3.4L

how it all happened..... The car ran out of gas and got stuck in some snow, we got the car unstuck put some gas in and the car would not start, it would turn over but the fuel was not getting to the engine???? So i replaced the fuel pump fuse, nothing happened, replace the fuel filter and pump and still nothing will happen, the gas will not get to the engine and this problem is getting very frustrating, please help
