I have trained Muay thai for the last 2 years now and have had 4 fights and really enjoy it but afterto nightss training i thought to my self why do i train ?
ever since taking some time of from training i can train at my best !
the gym is always freezing an make me want to leave training or always think about getting warm !
i took 3 weeks of training after winning my last fight and since have not been able to train and just dislike going and have lost my love for sparring
can anyone help on how to get my desire back to train
