No once vodafone block the phone it depends on how they blocked it, they may have just blocked it from ringing out or sending text messages. Or they could have blocked it completely, if they have it would be illegal to unblock it.
I have rang Vodafone and they have blocked my contract phone from been misused and now i am worried that people might be able to get into my facebook or my hotmail email account with a different sim card, can they do this? and if my sim is blocked will people still access my facebook and emails through the phone itself??
