I have loss of power on my 2006 honda Civic LX sedan. What should i be looking for?

I drive about 120 miles a day back and forth to work. I've recently noticed that i am slowly getting worst and worst MPG from 420 to 360 on a full tank of gas. I've changed the plugs, filter, oil change, transmission flush and i still don't what is going on. Looking for any suggestions and or ideas.
