I have long legs how do I tailor jeans that are to short for me?

jeans usually fit me about 2 inches shorter than they should how can I make them longer or where can I take them to have then elongated?

how ill the fix them?
longer jeans usually fit too big around the waist and are a bit high waisted for me so please don't tell me to buy longer jeans cuz i've been there done that
 
Well u could just buy pants that are your size and tall. I have the same problem and I just buy them longer. But if u can't find any pants to fit your length then take them to a semstress. Maybe they coould make them longer or just cut your feet off??!!!!!!??????!!!!!!! LOL! Just kidding......
