I have Legal guardianship, already went to court. Do I have to return the children

if she asks for them? I have legal guardianship of the 4 month old, 2 year old and 3 year. She signed them over to me though I am not related to them I have taken care of them for over 2 years. She is leaving for Florida to meet some guy she plans to marry and has an interview for a job out there. She just told me that once she gets situated she will want the kids part-time if not forever. Do I have send them? She is bipolar, this is the second guy in a month that she is suppose to marry. She can't hold a job and smokes weed and drinks alot, still getting into fights with other females..sellls her foodstamps for money to her mother and friends...though she moved out a few months ago she still comes by ever other day to use my computer or get money for smokes. 4 months ago she was taken away 51/50 and had cps called out to take the baby.She can't watch them for more then 3 hours without calling parent stress hotline, who in turned called cps again. She grew up in foster care. Don't misunderstand, if she keeps a job for at least a years, has a place for them to be stable, has no drugs in her system just show responsibilty, seeking therapy...I'll terminate the guardianship.

We presently live in California.
 
When some one take over guardianship of children, the details should be all worked out in front of the judge at the time of the hearing. In order for her to regain her children, she would need to file a motion in court, you should contact the courts for this kind of information, or your lawyer to explain the agreement legally to you
 
Since you have guardianship on them,she will have to go back to court to take them away from you,To me she sounds like a very poor excuse for a parent,If I was you,from now on,keep track of everything wrong that she does,so if she does take you to court then you can show what a bad person she is.I took 4 boys from a sister-in-law just like that.I could write a book on all the problems we had,but who would read it,lol.GOOD LUCK
