No, you aren't entitled to his BAH. And he may still get it even without you living with him, BUT he wouldn't be getting the extra money for dependents. You need to call his command and let him know that you are no longer living with him.
Also, he's legally obligated to keep you on his bank accounts, did you know that?
He will get in serious trouble if he hasn't told them that you no longer live with him.
