I have led lights in my ford ranger they blink fast which i think is cool?

Now the part im asking is it good for the car? Ive had them in for over a year, and seems to work ok, am I really hurting anything in my truck
 
No, the fast blinking won't hurt anything, that happens because the aftermarket bulbs have a different electrical resistance than a standard bulb.
