I have know credit but i want a car help!?

I need help.I have no credit i don't think,and i'm wanting a first time car.I am wanting a little car something like a dodge avenger,mitsubishi,celica,eclipse,a little car.I might have credit but i don't know.I have had bills in my name for almost 7mos now and i have financial aid.where should i get my car?do you think i have credit?would i be better off at a used car lot?plz help!
