card, women's opinion please 
? I haven't really written any poems before, and thought it would be nice to put what i have written in my girlfriends Christmas card...i quite like it, but thought maybe it's a bit soppy? What do any women out there think...i don't want to be too much, but would like to express my feelings...you may get the jist that we've been together 5 months and things are great (she's 27, I'm 31) here we go:
August to September, October through December,
These are all months that I will always remember,
So many memories of me and you,
Getting to know each other through and through,
It started with a few words on the internet,
A fateful Sunday I’ll never regret,
And here we are five months to the day,
Spending Christmas together in our own special way,
I can’t explain what you do to me;
It’s like the warmest feeling that comes so naturally,
When we’re together it feels so right,
The laughs, and the cuddles and the way we hold each other tight,
There’s rarely a day I don’t think how lucky I am,
That a girl like you has chosen me to be her man,
And for that reason I’ll always be true,
I’ll make you packed lunches and never stray from you,
You really are a wonderful person,
My feelings for you could never worsen,
And of all the adventures together we’ve had,
To just be in your company would make me glad,
Because the times that we share, I have to declare,
Are the best of my life and that I swear,
I’m not a psychic or a medium,
The future I cannot predict but I do get a whim,
That as long as we know each other and care as we do,
There will always be me and you.
