though my car was not damaged through the fire i have got damage to the offside door and front offside panel,the boys responsible escape police capture,and have been inform by the police that they have little or no chance of bringing these lads to book,,My insurance company say that i must pay my excess some £350 for something i was not to blame for i have a fully comprehensive policy is there anyway i can claim this money back or is it a case of bad luck,my car was parked up on the road outside my home,any help suggestions woul be much appreciated thanks :-(
