I have jailbroken my iPod touch 4G.4.1.but how to install Apps...??? 10 points...?

I am new to this....so plz tell me...how to install 3rd party apps....from Cydia..I've done it with greenpois0n...it installed Cydia..bt when i downloaded an App from a torrent site and tried to sync...it show me a page of apple about troubleshooting Purchased app..............


How to install it on a jailbroken device.....??
