I have intense lower back pain when I exercise, what can I do to stop it from coming?

I'm trying so hard to get into a running routine. I'm 220 lbs 5'6" and big boned, so my healthy weight should be about 150. That's what I was told in high school anyway (I'm 23 now). Anyways, ever since I was in middle school I have had horrible back pain after just a few minutes of jogging. It has always, always held me back when running. After just a few minutes it comes and I can feel the rest of my body could go much longer but my back makes me stop because it's too much. I've tried pushing through it before but ended up almost collapsing and throwing up just from the pain.

So as you can see, it's really holding me back. It only happens when I run so I don't think I have a back or spine issue, but then again I don't know. Does anyone know why this happens and if there is anything I could do to make it go away?? Maybe a special shoe or something? I want to run outside, I don't like treadmills.
