I have Honda Civic EX '93..heats up on speeding, once I move slowly or normal...

...speed it's natural(automatic btw? New Radiator (used but in new condition)
new fan
i'd checked;
thermostat...ok
engine...ok
water pump...ok
 
You forgot to check your oil gauge maybe your engine oil is already low or it too old so check it or replace it dont forget to change your oil filter also. On high speed, engine will have more friction so if your engine oil is not good it will cause overheating.
