i have high CRP, C3 levels and high sed rate

CRP raises when there is inflammation in the body. Any recent illness, tissue injury, infection, or other general inflammation will raise the amount of CRP and give a falsely elevated estimate of risk. CRP can indicate the future of heart related issues. People with issues such as arthritis will have high CRP level. High Sed Rate can be caused by:
*Inflammatory diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus
*Blood cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma
*Cancers that have spread (metastasized)
You also said you have High C3 which is a cholesterol marker. If you have heart disease/high blood pressure etc...this could be why all 3 are elevated. I would make an appointment with a cardiologist. A cardiologist can offer further, more comprehensive testing. If you hadn't added that your C3 was elevated I might have leaned toward seeing a Rheumatologist, just from my personal experience with high CRP and Sed Rate. Hope this helps some.
