support but no help....? I would like to know have anyone had this phone that had the same exact issues or similar... My problems is receiving call on it.. Everyttime someone calls ,I can see on bottom left call status... But i do not hear a ring nor can answer... i cant see who is calling and then it shows Home service on my screen where wi-fi is located... I have performed a hard reset twice and it worked like for 3 calls from my home phone.. But after this... it started doing the same thing again... this is frustrating any help will do... thanks
 
I would take it to the store where I bought it. I would ask them for help. Or you can ship it back to Palm to get it repaired (if its broken).
Maybe it isn't even broken, it could just be how the phone is.
