i have got a treo parm 750 and it wont turn on?

It is hard to say if it is the battery or charger itself. I recommend going into your service provider store.Ask to have a charger attached to the phone. See if it chargers. If it does great.You can buy a new charger. If not the charger then try a new battery to the phone.
 
i got the phone this mornin of a friend so it isnt new, they said it had battery init but i dont think it does so i tryed to turn it on and it wouldnt turn on and all i have is 2 usb chargers and neither of them charge it up pleasseee help :)
