...an apartment together? Basically, my rental history is flawless. However, my fiance's last apartment she had to break the lease on due to being let go from her job sometime last year. We currently live together now, though the apt is under my name only. We want to move to a new apt, and have both our names on the lease. With this blemish on her record, is it possible that they'd look at my rental history a little bit more than hers? What're the chances?
