I have Ford Fiesta 1.6 Petrol.Wuld regular fuel do or should use any of the premium

fuel? if yesthen which one? Have been reading a lot on fuels & octane levels but no clear view.So would like to know from someone out here if there are any advantages of using branded fuels.If yes then which one? IOC XTRA Premium or BPCL's Speed etc
