Especially since the majority of 3rd party games being released now were made on gamecube dev kits so they don't take advantage of the increase in performance.
 
If you figure in pure numbers. PS3 has a few 100k sold. Nintendo might have a few million sold after Christmas. Developers are going to create games that will sell the most copies. If there are 5 times as many Wii's as PS3's, who do you think they will make games for?
 
That doesn't negate the fact that there are 3-4x more Wii's than PS3s; consequently, 3-4x more potential buyers. Plus Wii cranks out more consoles faster than PS3.
 
That also means theirs going to be lots of shitty games made for the Wii since they are so cheap to make.

I do as well. I just think that if the Wii keeps outselling PS3's 4-1 developers will have no choice but to devote more of their resources to the 360 and Wii.
 
Uh that list is much larger than Nintendo because it includes ALL the third party titles for the PS3...

The Nintendo list are all 1st party, all developed by Nintendo studios. Wait until all the 3rd party titles are announced then compare.

Oh and you've listed Sonic for PS3 which is the multiplatform version when the Wii is getting an exclusive Sonic game...

Third party titles will be announced in time for the Wii. Publishers will be itching to release games on the console seeing as its had the most success at launch compared to the other 2 systems.

Was just responding to a post that seemed ridiculous, the majority of the games are multiplatform titles and the Nintendo list was only 1st party games...
 
When it says multiplatform. Does that mean they make it for "all" platforms? ie PC, 360, Wii, PS2/3? Or just multi and we really don't know which ones?
 
Depends, I can see a shit load of 3rd party games being released for it.

Some people dont like the 1st party games...but yeah ill definitely be getting alot of them lol
 
there were 4 sitting in wal-mart last night at 1am. its just not that hot of an item. I NEED TO FIND A FUCKING BLUE DS. I'm set on wii's and ps3's
 
So are most of the multiplatform games for 360/ps3 going to look a lot better on the original platform it was developed for? Are ports going to be a common thing?
 
Dude common an read what I posted before I listed the Wii games....these seem to be the better games to be coming on to the Wii. I didn't say thats all of them for 2007. I listed alot more PS3 games because these are the ones that interest me. Multiplatform most likly will relate to the xbox 360, PC and PS3. Most of these games are too graphical for the Wii to handle.
