I have driving stability problem in 98 Honda accord.?

when i am driving, and i release the wheel, my car goes in slightly right direction (kinda making a curve).
if i press brakes, then car goes left.
also when i release driving wheel, it shakes sometimes (vibrates).
tire are not bad, so i dont think tires are problem.

any help is appreciated
