My parents don't know about this because I've been getting bullied and some guys put drawing pins on my seat in class. When I sat down they went in my testicles. I ran out crying and haven't been back to school for 2 weeks. I've been telling my parents I'm ill. How can I remove them, painlessly, without going to the hospital?
