I've been working out doing 45 minutes of Tae Bo and then 30 minutes to an hour on the stationary bike each day and eating healthy. I don't deprive myself of some foods that I crave, I just eat less, small portions. So far, in the past two weeks I have lost 12lbs. The second week I worked out more, but lost less. 10lbs the first week, and only 2 the second. I'm not discouraged by any means because I know I gained muscle.
Is there any other ideas or suggestions on burning calories?
