I have DK Opsis 2010 flatland bmx bike and i want to change the FreeCoaster?

I want to change my Freecoaster Hub but don't know which one is right or which one will fit my bike?
I when to flatlandfuel.com to get one but it says Driver 10T or 11T and Holes 36H or 48H.I don't know what the means sorry.
This what my bike has:-165mm Chromoly 3pc cranks w/ sealed Mid BB
-28T DK sprocket
-KMC Chain
-Alienation PBR rims 36h
-Alloy freecoaster w/ 14T cog and 14mm axle.
-black stainless steel spokes
-3/8" front hub w/ chromoly axle
am kind of new so sorry
