i have court tomorrow regarding my daughter and paternity...the last appearance i had they advised me to get a lawyer and i had 28 days...i did find one...but they cant take me on till after my court date...the lawyer is pro bono...cause i am a single mother who barely has money due to no child support....so will i get in trouble tomorrow when i dont have a lawyer?
i do not have the paper work.... they told me it was a status court date and to just tell judge that i do have a attorney just not for this appearence...i really cant take going to court and being yelled at for something i cant control cause i am the only one financially responsible for my child
what happens if i dont show??? will he win by default?
