i have court in the morning, what should i do.?

i was in a car accident with 2 of my friends and one of my friends died. his dad is a police officer, and hates me to this day because of it. i am 19 and was at a bar the other night and he has been having ppl look for me to see if im causing any trouble. well it so happens that one of the new police offficers that works with him was at the bar drinking and called the police station and told him i was there. 2 cops walked into the bathroom as i was peeing and brought me outside and they said i was underage so they gave me an "unlawful possesion of alchohol" charge. i have court tomorow morning and i dont want to go, what should i say in the morning when i call to see if they will adjounrne it.
the accident was 2 years ago
