I am being charged with 2 ABH's, I have no previous convictions, I am inoccent, so there is no physical evidence, but there are witness statements from the injured people's friends. They havnt found the guy that did it, and one of the hurt people has told me he knows it wasn't me, but the CPS have still charged me with both assaults. Any good advice? predictions? worst case scenario? This is my first time in court. Thank you.
