I have caller ID blocked on T-Mobile, will it still show people who call me my name?

I'm on a family plan with my boyfriend, and since his name shows up as the caller ID on my phone, we just decided to have it blocked. That said, when other people call me, will his name still show up on their phone when they call me or will they just see the number or nothing at all?
edit: I need to know because I have family members who do not know I'm dating this boyfriend, and would know right away if they saw his name on my number upon calling me.
