I am on disability pension and I bought $49 prepaid usb I know how too use had telstra many years no problem now I get online get charged and cant even send email it is totally unavailable I need urgent emails too hospital. I then look at my vodafone signal all is great reciption and Im being accounted for money using (wasted) but nothing .My neighbour told me vodafone is being sued in class action for poor service and taking on more customers than it can handle.I feel robbed and stupid for not knowing can I get refund I have only sent two successful emails and had a week ? Please help I cant afford internet cafe.
