I have Bluetooth on my laptop but have no idea how to activate it!?

I have a switch on the front of my laptop to turn it on, but it doesn't and i cant find it on control pannel!

any ideas on how i could activate it?!?!

I have an Acer TravelMate 5720
Like i said its not on control pannel and there is no shourcut eccept the switch on the front which doesnt work
