I have bent fork tubes on a 1986 Honda TLR200 Reflex!!!?

I have a Honda TLR200 Reflex that i just bought to do a frame up restoration on I just recently noticed that the fork tubes are bent out almost a half inch but there are no creases, the previous had raised the triple clamp up to give the bike a more aggressive stance and wrecked into the back of a 4-wheeler and bent the tubes. I was wondering if I lowered the triple clamp back down to the original height will it affect the bike since it is below the bends in the forks until i can get the OEM parts for the bike
