speak with an agent on it? i haven't been happy with my cricket phone/service since week 2 of my purchase. i went back to the store and the gave me the 1800 number. Try it 1-800-cricket. there's absolutely no way to cancel it. ive tried multiple routes and it never understands or forces me to reinstate my account or tells me to try back later. im going crazy. some one said i should go to a corp cricket but im in maricopa Az the closest one in an hour away. is it possible to cancel the phone thru the 1800 number? the corp offices dont have their numbers listed or it shuts off. im so tired of this .WORST CUSTOMER SERVER EVER. blew 230 bucks on a shit phone that falls apart in my purse everytime it goes in i have to find the battery cover. i didnt pay the next month and now they want 90 bucks DIAF Cricket.
