i have been so stressed and angry, but i don't want to call that stupid kids help phone?

i usually handle stress well and i am very calm and rational but something set me off yesterday, it was very small but i just cant cool down there are so many things im my head i cant get out and whenever i think about it I get this feeling in my whole body that makes me want to just break things. the last time i let myself do i did something i will regret for the rest of my life even do it didn't do much damage, it could have destroyed my life.
i need help channeling my anger and getting it out.
