I have been nauseous for over a week now.....it comes and goes.....but when it does its real bad but no vomiting. And smells bother me real bad. I also smoke. and when i go outside to smoke i get real sick to my stomach, its also real cold outside. I have no other symptoms....like fever or anything to let me know its a stomach virus. Can anyone plzzz help me....I dont know if this is a sign of pregnancy or not????
