I was charged with theft of $190.00 from the gym where I worked I was the GM, I was going to use the money for a employee-member apreciation party. My boss had previously told me no, but moral and memberships were extremely low and I was trying to create a better atmosphere for everyone!! The money never even left the building, and was given back to the owner of the business! I just didn't have time to go shopping for the supplies that I needed.
I have been offered a pre-trail diversion I am NOT guilty, what should I do?
