...Gov. help.Where do I ask ADA? Jan. 22, 2011
A female tenant punched out the lower glass panel of my storm door because a friend of hers who does not live here was walking by my address and asked me why I was staring at her. I was not staring at her only looking at the falling snow flakes after I got my mail out of my mail box. So this female tenant walked up to my front door as I watched her and she had her chest out and fist made and she pounded the upper glass panel of my storm door and nothing happened and then pounded on the lower glass panel and it fell out. To date she has not had anyone put it back for me. I have had both hips replaced and these tenants in my row see me use a cane daily. She had her guy friends/roommates gang up on me before and I am tired of this. They have told me to go in my house and they are not my boss. I own my property and on Social Security. They will not stop harassing, badgering, terrorizing me and they have vandalized my van and I have lost a great deal of money here as well. She is on Food Stamps and I do not think it is fair for this to continue for the Gov. to help her when she is doing harm to me when she and her friends feel like it. They do not ever want to "help me" instead they "hurt me" in may ways. I am not rich and I get tired of tenants damaging my property.This cost me money I do not have and when these tenants damage your property and not pay back - this is stealing your money. This has happened to me too many times and many years. I do want to say that harassing or bring any harm to any handicap persons is against the law and against ADA = Americans with Disabilities Act.
