...not slacking) and...........? and i have controlled most of my diet with a little treat here and there
yet i have failed to see the slightest result like a kg lost..
any advice?
ive been doing an hour of cardio everyday and strength traiing every second day in combination with the cardio

and i have been working hard enough at the gym
and yeah sometimes i slip up in the diet but i used to have a bowl of oats every morning and i replaced it wih an apple.. prfetty hard
