Hello. I joined a gym about 4 months ago because i was doing very little exercise. The gym took all my measurements at the time and wrote me a program that i have been following. The program consists of two alternating sections 'Section 1 - Upper body weights and 15-30min cardio' and 'Section 2 - Lower body weights and 15-30min cardio'. I have been doing this approximately 3-4 times a week, and have found 0 results. My weight, measurements and body fat are all the same (according to the special electronic scales they use that measures body fat) as when i started. I am female, 28 years old, weigh 74kg and am 180cm tall. Any help or suggestions of what the problem might be? I can't believe that i have gone from very little exercise per week, to regular exercise and have seen no results at all.
