Last march I joined my local gym. This past year I became an employee at gnc. I have studied my ass off at work and home not to mention worked out consistently and diligently at the gym, I know about the nutrition, muscle groups , changing up your workouts. Everything I can think of. I also started taking workout supplements ( celltech creatine , all kinds of proteins , nitric oxides and before bed supplements) to try to look the way I want. I feel like I have made very little progress for the time and effort put in. WHAT am I missing? Am I doing something wrong? Plz help me. I'm 20 years old hispanic . 6 foot 2 inches currently 168 lbs. Lean looking ( I want size! )
