I have been goin to the gym for a while know and i havent seen any results?

I go to the gym 6 times a week and this is my routine

20 Minutes on the tread mill

1 hour and 10 minutes doing weights such as chess press, shoulder press, arm curl etc...

i havent really seen my muscle get bigger and is there any advice you can give me, and by the way i am 15 and imm overweight.
