vacation...? and I am going on another vacation in 5 days. I went away with a friend for 4 days and while I was gone I didn't exercise and I didn't eat very healthy, in fact I ate pretty unhealthy. I haven't done that in a long time, for the last few months I have been very careful about sweets and things like that but I felt I earned a few days of relaxing and getting ice cream lol. The problem is, in 5 days I am going away with my parents (for 10 days) and I would like to lose some weight that I put on from my earlier vacation (the one I just got back from) and I wanted to know if there were any other ways to increase my weight loss, aside from dieting and exercising, which is what I already intend to do.
Please do not think I am trying to cut corners and lose 15 pounds without dieting or exercising. I have never believed in stuff like that, but I am wondering if there are specific exercises that I can do, or specific food that I can eat, that might help me be able to lose MORE weight in 5 days, than I would have lost without the extra help!
