I have been dieting and exercising for a while and it is working out pretty well but...?

although my stomach had gotten visibly tinier I still have a little..."pouch" on the bottom of my stomach. Lol sorry I don't know how else to describe it. Is there any kind of special exercise that I can do that will specifically target that little "pouch" on the bottom of my stomach (the area directly above my jeans)

to answer the first person's question I have been dieting and exercising since April, although I started out not really knowing how to go about exercising, I gradually started to go from stretching and pull ups for 20 minutes a day to going on the treadmill for 1 hour or even 1 hour and 30 minutes- ever since I started doing that losing weight has been much easier.
 
V-Crunches: Lay down flat on your back with arms stretched above head and legs fully extended. lift legs up along with arms and hand and touch. Be Controlled when you do this. Go at a nice easy speed. and DON'T let your feet touch the Ground after you have started. Do about 2 Sets of 12-20.

*NOTE*: Cardio is very important to any exercise. So run or walk for about 15 or 20 minutes prior to workout.
