...LLC..they want out of a 20 yr? huntley,mullaney,spargo and sullivan llc have contacted me about my 20 year ground lease with a major chain...they want out of the lease..they offered me a very low price, and forgot to remember to add that the company had to deed over the lease interest to us...ive looked and cannot find any professional licenses for these people..i am informed and believe these are the same people who are involved in the STARBUCKS. lease scam...does anyone have any information on these people...???
