the car is registered to me and insured by me but my partner paid for it can i mtransfer the registration to him but still insure it myself the car is worth about 2500-3000 [its also high mileage over 100,000 miles}and there seems to be alot of different answers as to whether a car is taken when you apply for bankruptcy the reason for this is i was hit by a car and now have serious back problems and i am unable to work at present i am receiving esa as my only income please can any one advise (positively)
i have been advised to go bankrupt will i lose my car?
