whole life will i stay thin? I don't ever eat chips, french fries, drink soda or juices i just don't like them. I eat about 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a cut up apple and cinnamon every morning for breakfast. for lunch i always eat vegetables with rice, for snacks i usually eat fruit sometimes with peanut butter or a granola bar or something. for dinner its usually more vegetables with maybe some wheat noodles. Before i became a vegan i usually ate ice cream and chocolate and stuff plus meat and etc. so now if i crave ice cream i drink a mango shake (frozen mango blended with water) or a banana soy shake (frozen banana blended with soy milk and cinnamon). i used to count calories but it started becoming a hassle to try to figure out everything i ate and couldn't ever eat at a friends house cause i didn't know how many calories the food was and etc. If i stay a vegan and continue being active will i stay thin my whole life? my biggest fear is getting fat and being unhealthy when i get older. (i'm 14 btw and weigh 114 pounds 5' 5'' tall) also i live in China so vegan junk food and stuff like soy burgers aren't even available. just tofu and soy milk but i don't eat tofu any ways.
