I have bad pain in all over my rib cage and I almost pass out please help!?

I'm 21 years old and every few months I've been getting these really bad attacks in the area of my rib cage more so on the right it gets so painfully that I can't sit down and I have to stand I feel like I'm goin to be sick the pain normally only lasts for around 5 - 10 mins then I turn white as a ghost and my lips turn blue all colour is lost from my hands aswell for some reason and I feel like I'm going to pass out. Can anyone help me? What's going on with me??
