I have Awful knees how do i help that?

Okay so i'm 14 and i typically jog a mile every day. I'm not some big athlete i just do it to do something active. But recently I'm only able to get about 3/4's of the way before i have bad knee problems. Also when i do lunges and squats i can do about 20 before they just kill my knees, I can't even seem to help the areas i'm targeting. This is such a hassle! help??
